Lisa Jamieson

Lisa provides advice and mentoring to our Project Delivery team. This includes supporting some of the individuals and organisations who received Seed and Acorn funding. She also supports us with funding applications and our strategy – so we can continue our work into the future!

When she isn’t working with us, Lisa works across higher education and the cultural sector as an independent consultant and adviser. She is also an Associate of the National Coordinating Centre for Public Engagement (NCCPE) and a member of the Advisory Board of OKRE, a global hub of expertise bringing together the research sector, entertainment industries and personal lived experience. She is also Vice-Chair of Governors at All Saints Primary School in West Yorkshire.

Before becoming self-employed she worked for major organisations such as Wellcome and the Science Museum and in partnerships with Research Councils, the BBC and others. Lisa loves the GPLD region as it reminds her of her childhood home and community on a dairy farm in rural Scotland.
