The Artful Ways Project, lead by @somewhere_now.here, invites everyone to get involved and upload their walks to a map during June 25 and July 25 where you can add your own creative walk to an interactive piece. Details of how to get involved and contribute to the map can be found at www.artful-ways-cumbria.com/map/
They are also commissioning five pieces of paid work to artists produce their own interpretations and creative responses to their own walk and the map.
‘My Artful Way’: Four Commissions with an award of £750 have a deadline of 15th June, 5pm and details of the commission can be found at www.artful-ways-cumbria.com/commissions/.
One ‘Artful Cumbria’ Commission with an award of £1500 will be announced on 24th June so keep an eye out of the website for more details!
