#IWD in the Lakes and Dales: As a graphic designer living within a historic and traditional area, I #ChooseToChallenge people to embrace colour and creative, playful design.
However, although most of my current projects have suffered delays due to Covid-19, I have found that more and more people are coming around to the idea of placing colour within their everyday surroundings, simply because there has become a need for us to find ways to embed joy in the little moments.
Sure, it’s a shame that it’s taken a pandemic for people to see the value of colour and creativity, but it’s certainly a step in the right direction and I’m excited to see where it leads! Keep an eye out for upcoming projects via my Instagram @sianlauradesigns or my website – www.sianlaura.com.
