Hurrah! We are so pleased to be able to join @hinterlandsfestival in announcing this today. Great news for Skipton, the Lakes and Dales and film-lovers everywhere. We’d also like to echo the below post in saying a huge thank you to everyone who has supported the festival in these turbulent times including our funders @aceagrams and @heritagefunduk 💫”Back in March, we announced that Hinterlands Film Festival had to be postponed due to the uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus outbreak.
We can now confirm that the festival will take place next year, on 14-16 May 2021 in Skipton. Details of the 2021 programme, which will include some of this year’s planned events along with new film screenings, will be announced this autumn/winter and tickets will then go on sale.
Many thanks to our audience and in particular everyone who rolled over tickets or donated, as well as our partners and venues for their ongoing and invaluable support.
We hope you can join us for Hinterlands 2021 to celebrate the best of rural films.” 💫
