Final designs in our prestigious competition for homes which encourage young people to stay in the Lakes and Dales can now be seen online. Entries from the final six architects in our competition with @riba and @ribacomps (Royal Institute of British Architects) are on view at the link in our bio where feedback can also be given. In addition, consultation meetings with residents, the public and young people are planned for the coming weeks. We’re so excited about this innovative step in the GPLD project – our research demonstrated that a lack of housing is a real issue in the area and we are proud to be taking steps to tackle this in collaboration with Craven District Council, South Lakes District Council, Lake District National Park and Yorkshire Dales National Park.
